About Paola - Balloon Artist in Cochrane

 

My name is Paola Bernal, and my journey as a balloon artist in Cochrane began in an unexpected way. I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I built a career as a lawyer. Seeking a better future, I moved to Canada more than seven years ago, embracing the challenges and opportunities of a new life.

 

During the pandemic, while at home, I discovered a passion I never knew I had—balloon artistry. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more. I immersed myself in training, continuously improving my skills and learning from the best in the industry. Through dedication and hard work, I earned my International Certified Balloon Artist credential, solidifying my expertise.

 

In 2024, I took a leap of faith and turned my passion into a business. I founded Orchid Balloon Boutique in Cochrane with a simple yet powerful mission: to bring people’s visions to life and create moments of joy through custom balloon decor. Whether it’s a small celebration or a large event, I believe that every occasion deserves a touch of magic.
